Summary of duties and responsibilities:

The Customer Relations Representative works to ensure that our customers receive excellent customer care.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time

Primary duties and responsibilities:

·Conduct daily customer check-ins and greet customers.

·Invoice incoming customers, collect and record payments, and issue receipts.

·Issue name badges and access cards to customers.

·Issue training records and course completion certificates to customers.

·Be attentive to customer needs during their training.

·Review and reply to incoming emails in the Customer Relations email inbox.

·Maintain and restock customer lounge.

·Complete weekly purchase ordering of training materials and course resources.

·Complete monthly purchase ordering for class supplies and promotional items.

·Confirm all training events with customers via phone or email for the upcoming week.

·Assist with all other duties assigned by the Customer Relations Manager.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

·Experience in all Microsoft Office products, Adobe PDF, and general computer skills.

·Required to have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills and professionalism.

·Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with little or no supervision.

·Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

·Exemplifies willingness to learn and develop knowledge for aviation.

·A Drug Test and Background check are required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
