Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are a global E-learning technology company looking to add additional valuable employees.
We are currently filling the position of enrollment counselor. This person will excel at working individually or as a team, be able to manage time effectively and work closely to meet the goals for the department and the company. Ideal applicant will be well groomed and present a professional appearance for our company.


What You’ll Do:


The CSR officer will be able to work individually and in a team to offer support within the Operations Department. The CS team are responsible for supporting customer service activities and complying with agreed standards and ensuring compliance in the interaction with customers, as well as compliance with any other set milestones minimum for admission in any of our programs.

Responsibilities

*Answer general customer service inquiries and emails, as well as 1st tier of troubleshoot
  • Ticket re-assignment and monitoring;
  • Call Quality Assurance -
  • Maintain Customer Payments up to date in Computer System
  • Support collection efforts at the institutional and company level as needed


Requirements

  • English and French - Fluent Speaking and writing - Differential offered for those assigned to an institution or role that uses the second language in the daily operation.

  • Home Office (No background noise)

  • Head set

  • Personal Computer - Windows 10

  • Fast and reliable Internet Connection (15-20 MBPS)

  • Quality Monitoring experience preferred

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended but not required

  • Good communication skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in Call center

  • English is required
