About the Role: The Customer Service Coordinator is a key part of the estimating team. They are responsible for placing outbound calls for potential bids for projects. This position is in office role and in a centrally located area. The right candidate can be trained on Procore Software if necessary.

Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in customer service and/or working with an estimator in construction company.
- Understanding all steps to develop a bid and a proposal.
- Must be able to develop spreadsheets and work with Microsoft products.
- Strong customer service skills with organization and follow up required.
