Customer Service Representative

Role Summary: The primary goal of the Customer Service Representative is the qualification and management of sales and marketing leads. The ideal Customer Service Representative is excited, enthusiastic, and motivated to understand our products and services inside and out. The typical work day for this role will include matching potential customers to our product/service offering, gathering contact information, scheduling estimate appointments for multiple Sales Representatives, and other small tasks to assist various departments in meeting or exceeding (goals/deadlines).

Job Responsibilities (Duties):
Managing leads and the follow up. Scheduling estimates for potential clients and documenting appropriate information for the Sales Representative to refer to.
Checking all inbound calls, text messages or missed calls / voicemails.
Help manage the Sales Representatives’ Calendar(s).
Other Job Requirements may include but are not limited to: Assisting the Owner and Chief Administrative Officer with daily responsibilities in the office, and assisting the Production Team with scheduling as well.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing position preferred, but not required.
Experience with CRM software.
Experience with Google Calendar and scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to deliver results.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
