We are located in Gilbert, AZ and have an opportunity for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our dynamic team of professionals as a Customer Service Representative. (2 + years of customer service experience required in consumer products.)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Educate customers and assist them making informed product choices
• Learn new products and systems and educate customers on their use and application.
• Process customer order entries and track orders through to completion.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls per day in a call center environment
• Perform day to day tasks with solid organizational and multitasking skills to accomplish objectives within deadlines.
• Provide quality customer service within a team environment under pressure in a changing environment.
• Process and update purchase orders

Qualifications Education

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High School diploma or GED required (preferred) Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales / customer service experience highly preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
• Critical Thinking Skills— the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and/or approaches to problems.

Normal Work Hours

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (some nights and weekends may be required)
