Five Maples Development Communications is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage fundraising communications for our clients.

We are a fundraising communications agency. Five Maples helps non-profits save time and raise more money by getting the right message to the right donor at the right time through physical direct mail and digital channels. Our clients trust our best-practice advice and incredible attention to detail to produce high-quality fundraising communications that work.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.

We do business with customers via the phone, email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and project management software, rather than in-person. Our plant and offices are located in Putney, VT. Our current employees are located in VT, NH, MA and CT.

Job Duties:

· Work on multiple projects each year with 20-30 of our clients.

· Organize work assignments, instructions and schedules for our copywriters, designers, data processors, print and mailing departments.

· Offer support and advice to customers in accordance with fundraising best practices which we will teach you.

Requirements

· Detail oriented, with a friendly personality

· Some customer service experience required.

· Some administrative experience required.

· Score of Highly Proficient or higher on Indeed.com Written Communications and Attention to Detail Skills Tests

· Open to candidates who do not have a Batchelor’s degree

· Staff or volunteer work for a non-profit is a plus
