We are looking for a customer service rockstar who can make our clients smile! We are a growing, faced paced, fun group. We need someone in the office to take phone calls, schedule estimates, work with our CRM(software), do some basic social media, and other office tasks. We can teach you pretty much all of the skills you need! You just have to come in with a smile and a willingness to learn!

We are looking for a hard-worker that wants to grow with our company and show up everyday with a purpose. As a part of the Full Circle Team you be feel apart of something bigger than just yourself. We are on a mission to create a Team of professionals and change the landscape industry for the better.

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls, make calls, Make people happy
  • Schedule estimates for new clients
  • Figure out what people want and try to help them
  • Check in on customers to make sure they are happy with our service
  • Follow up on estimates we sent out
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to make our clients happy and stay with us for the long term

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
