The Position
Monday 10 AM - 7 PM
Tuesday OR Thursday 9 AM-5:30 PM
Wednesday & Friday 9 AM -5:30 PM
Saturday 9 AM -3 PM
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in scheduling appointments and making follow-up calls. The average day consists of taking 25-50 phone calls for appointments, making 40-60 service follow-up calls, replying to online customer reviews, and assisting with the service and sales departments. To thrive in this position, you must have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for creative problem-solving. If you are good at multi-tasking and work well in a team environment, this could be the perfect position for you. This is also a great entry level position if you've been dreaming about joining the fast-paced high-paying world of automotive.
Requirements
