Job description

We are looking for a brilliant individual who can help our small company grow to the next stage of our goals. This person will assist the office staff and our sales staff in growing in the marketing and customer service parts of our business. Part time $15 - $20 hourly plus Bonus! $500 signing bonus after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Call and Schedule appointments with potential clients from pre-collected lead base. (We procure leads from referrals from previous clients and trade show sign ups.)
• Take inbound calls and quickly look up clients in lead database to set appointments outside evaluations and sales calls or informational safety meetings with families and businesses in the local area.
• Track and result all calls made with clients through the use of lead tracking software.
• Professionally but positively interact with our clients.
• Present a fun upbeat experience with our clients over the phone.
• Quickly respond to potential customer questions.
• Read a script staying within the guidelines but putting your fun personality into it.
• Flexible schedule Mornings, Afternoons, and evenings available.
• Enjoy building relationships and talking over the phone.
• Assisting other members of the office staff.

This person should have the following skills/abilities:

• Pleasant, positive and professional voice over the phone.

Should be available to work 20-24 hours a week with 3-4 hours on a couple Saturday mornings a month.
