Customer Support Administrator -

Note: This position is based in Sarasota, Florida. Successful candidate will be fully vaccinated (2 doses or Moderna or Pfizer plus 14 days or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson plus 14 days)

Benefits:

Sign On Bonus Offered $1,000 ($500 after 30 days of employment, additional $500 after 60 days of employment.

Job summary

The Customer Support Administrator position is a pivotal role in providing concise communication between the technical and manufacturing departments at our organization. The position is a frontline position for customer out-of-warranty purchases.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely turnaround of warranty and non-warranty parts orders from technicians to manufacturing department.
  • Creation and sending quotes for out of warranty parts and/or labor to customers.
  • Receiving payment information from customers for part and labor purchases.
  • Work with customers and shipping partners on freight issues and notifications.
  • Provide backend assistance for other Customer Support Administrators.
  • Accurate documentation in CRM software for all communications internally and externally.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 2+ years’ experience with Windows OS & Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of internal or external technical/customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with/knowledge of Epicor CRM system (Preferred)

Work Environment

This position is in a climate-controlled office setting, working five to seven hours daily seated at a computer.
