Caesarstone's Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and sales related tasks. The office assistant will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, point of sales entry & invoicing, account reconciliation, and customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers telephones, answers inquire or directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Reviews documents for accuracy
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, inventory availability and other related information.
  • Point of sale entry and invoicing
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Assists with other duties or tasks as requested by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organization and documentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills / proficient in excel
  • Demonstrated competency in the use of hand tools and other industry related equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This position may require extended work hours.
  • This position may require work in hot and cold temperatures and exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, noise, and working in close to proximity to other teammates.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
