Due continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is now hiring for a new full-time ‘Healthcare and Human Services Process Analyst” position.

This is a hybrid position which will allow you to work from your home office in the greater St. Louis area and require you to work in-person in St. Louis two days every other week.

In this role, you will produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from unstructured, diverse datasets related to populations served by human services and healthcare delivery networks.

You will work with vast amounts of data from multiple sources to provide predictive and prescriptive analysis that will inform and support human services and healthcare delivery network quality improvements and quality data reporting.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Data and statistical analysis
  • Writing scripts
  • Applying knowledge of statistics, data modeling, simulation, and advanced statistical mathematics to recognize patterns in raw data that would identify quality improvement opportunities in service delivery networks to improve population health indices
  • Identifying opportunities, posing business questions, and making valuable discoveries leading to data driven decision making and reporting
  • Using statistical methods to perform a variety of regression modeling techniques in order to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models
  • Using statistical programming platforms to perform advanced statistical analysis and multivariate/multivariable regression modeling
  • Using operational data and trends to develop working hypotheses, and construct models and recommendations that drive quality improvement
  • Providing explanations and information to operational staff and customer leaders regarding analysis and interpretation of data related to difficult issues
  • Collaborating with others to enhance data collection, integrating disparate data sources, and operationalizing business data needs
  • Meeting with internal and external customers
  • Developing reports which create meaningful graphic visualizations of the data for the purpose of easy and transparent reporting

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • Extensive experience in data and statistical analysis
  • Ability to generate impactful reports
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in public health, statistics, data analysis, epidemiology or a similar field

Health care, human services, or epidemiology experience is desired.

Proximity to St. Louis is required.
