Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP seeks to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Marketing Coordinator in its Communications and Marketing Services Department. The Data Marketing Coordinator is responsible for transforming and transferring data upon request into charts, graphs, and tables, with accuracy, impact, clarity, and integrity.
Linebarger uses its legal expertise and specialized technology to help governmental entities, such as state agencies, cities, counties, and school districts, recover unpaid taxes, fees, and fines that are needed to support public infrastructure.
This is a permanent position with medical and dental benefits, 401k, and paid time off. The position is onsite at the firm’s headquarters in Austin, TX.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Data Marketing Coordinator works independently on projects and also provides assistance and quality control review services on projects developed by the Data Manager. Essential job responsibilities are as follows:
§ Performs competitive research for proposals
§ Assists proposal team with data research or comparative analysis
§ Provides support for presentation development (PowerPoint and other marketing collateral)
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and an ability to represent data graphically in accurate, clear, concise terms
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently interact with firm leaders and partners
§ Responds to special project requests from offices for research/reports
- Adherence to deadlines
- Tracks their work through the entire data project life cycle
- Good time management skills
§ Performs other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
§ Two to five years of solid analytical background and relevant experience (mathematics and statistics)
§ Ability to compute various mathematical calculations and present them graphically
§ Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet research
Desired Credentials:
§ Experience with Oracle
§ Working knowledge of the collections industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
