One Federal Solution has an opening for a Data Processing Specialist that requires the ideal candidate to be Public Trust eligible upon starting. The Data Processing Specialist will be working closely with the federal government client and is an on-site role that will aid in the reviewing, maintenance, and organization of data. The Data Processing Specialist will be a pivotal team player and a great addition to the growing team.

Duties
- Provide organization and management of case files
- Review data (completeness of information, proper execution).
- Extract data from data base
- Obtain additional information from other investigative agencies/data base
- Gather information and organize investigative package
- Maintain internal status information on the disposition of all forfeited assets.
- Assure information is accurate and perform analytical computations necessary to process data
- Conduct and reconcile inventories, distribute documents, establish and maintain physical files
- Assist lead analyst or official in obtaining/collecting all documents/information to complete case file
- Provide administrative information and assistance concerning case to other investigative agencies, local law enforcement agencies, and higher headquarters
- Extract data from agency data base for management and program reports
- Perform word processing relevant to case documentation
- Perform data entry relevant to case
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Must be eligible to receive a Public Trust
- Must be able to work on-site at work location
- Provides program specific analysis to support budget formulation, budget execution, and financial reporting processes
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure
