Job description

I am a custom deck and fence builder, i am looking for someone that wants to be paid by the job. i pay the highest around, as well as profit sharing.

- for every job up sold i pay 10% of the net job cost you upsold, so youll have to have that inner salesman too.

- you will need to come into the shop once a week for meetings / job costing / improvements within the company.

- You must have your own tools, you must know how to build high quality decks and fences, you must have your own truck!

- you will be responsible for getting the job done, sometimes you will have to run jobs with other guys, so youll have to be able to get along with others.

- you must be willing to grow with the company, and grow the company.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
