Our company is looking for a highly trained and qualified individual to join our team as a Service Technician. The ideal candidate has extensive experience repairing Windows computers, has an understanding of the software development industry and is able to use advanced diagnostic tools to identify hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems.
• Perform data-entry tasks.
• Install new security systems.
• Upsell security products and services.
• Provide customer service.
• Be on call during emergency events.
• Drive to customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
