Mr. Beach Rentals is looking for people who can work full time or part time this summer. Our summer staff start in May or June and the position will last through the end of September for those who are not going back to school, etc. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service skills to deliver equipment to our customers on Oak Island and Holden Beach. Our preferred candidates live or have family living in Brunswick County and are familiar with the beaches here. This position is ideal for people who would like to work outdoors and near the water. The ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently is necessary for this position. You must have a good driving record and be at least 18 years of age. A full time employee will work 4 10 hour shifts each week (8am-6pm). Our usual shift schedule is Saturday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Saturday.

The love for water sports like kayaking and knowledge about Oak Island and/or Holden Beach is preferred but not required. In addition to delivering equipment via the company trucks, drivers are also in charge of cleaning the kayaks, bikes, etc when our customers are finished. We also prefer applicants with mechanical experience to help fix issues with bikes or other equipment as they arise. These skills can be easily learned so this is not a requirement but will give you a boost during the application process. A positive attitude when delivering to our customers and working with the rest of the team is always required!

Pay is weekly! Mon-Thur pay is $13.50/hour + tips. Fri-Sun pay is $15.50/hour + tips. You do not have to clock out for lunch. Lunch is catered and free to employees on Saturdays. When you are done for the day, enjoy the beach with free use of our equipment! We have everything from kayaks, SUPs, surfboards, bikes and more!

• 0 points on license last 3 years
• Ability to pass a driving test including backing a box truck.
• 18+ Years Old Required (Must be able to work 40 or more hours/week if 22 or under)
