Dental Chairside Assistant
Job description
Our dental lab is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with experience in oral scanning to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding multiple dentists in the delivery of high-quality dental care to our patients. The Dental Assistant with Oral Scanning Experience will perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient patient care, including assisting with oral exams, taking X-rays, and assisting with dental procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple dentists in delivering high-quality dental care to patients.
- Perform oral scanning on patients.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as instructed by the dentist.
- Set up and prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and supplies.
- Assist with patient management, including taking medical histories and documenting patient information in electronic medical records.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care, as instructed by the dentist.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the dentists.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a dental assisting program or on-the-job training.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental assisting with oral scanning experience.
- Current certification in dental radiography and CPR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $20.92 - $22.29 per hour
