A TEKsystems client in Memphis, TN is seeking a Desktop Support Technician. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3+ years of formal IT experience. Experience working in an enterprise setting is preferred.

Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Candidate must work onsite.

Below is a list of day to day responsibilities:

• Would provide intermediate level hardware and software support across the institution
• Would work with technology staff, clients and others to solve incidents and to satisfy service requests
• Would document resolution of tickets within ServiceNow
• Works to complete tasks assigned to them within our Service Level Agreement
• Would have some intermediate knowledge of Macs, PCs, Mobile Devices and their respective Operating Systems
• Would possess excellent spoken and customer service skills
