~ Job Summary ~ **WE ARE FULLY REMOTE**

This role will partner with the eComm team to ensure promotions are effectively launched on site, manage the CRO roadmap to consistently launch AB tests and provide quality analysis and documentation, and support eCommerce manager and the developing team to ensure the website is optimized and functioning though with app management, managing site content, handling code deployments and strong knowledge in front end support and coding languages.

~ Roles & Responsibilities ~

• Supports the eCommerce Specialist to execute promotions and product launches. Has a strong understanding of Shopify, promo development, and building onsite content that is optimized for mobile.
• Has strong organization skills and self management ability to reference calendars and collaborate with the team for successful launches and removal of promotions.
• Strong experience in Shopify. Can handle data import export, install and set up the apps effectively, test orders, handle code deployments (using github) etc.
• Strong Knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid template language & shopify scripts
• Strong knowledge of Semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Can optimize site for best web performance (Page Speed Insights/Core Web Vitals)
• Writes code considering accessibility in mind (web accessibility)
• Has strong experience developing and creating goals for AB tests in testing software, owns full QA to ensure smooth execution and clean test results and data tracking needs.
• Basic project management skills to maintain records of tests, summary of results, data exports, and can coordinate tasks from conception to completion.
• Maintains test backlogs, prioritizes test roadmaps, and can write test briefs and hypotheses for proposed test ideas. Can communicate with stakeholders about behavioral analytics, test results, and suggested improvements or experience iterations.
• Experience thinking analytically and making data-driven decisions using SQL, Google Analytics and other data platforms to determine control baseline, statistical significance, and accurate test conclusions.
• Experience with google analytics is critical. GA4 and other data software is a plus.
• Has strong attention to detail and can assist the dev team in QA.
• Perform daily site audits to ensure accurate functionality and consistency across all devices. Ensures CX/UX is optimized and constantly audits the sites for bugs and opportunities to improve.
• Assist with coordinating implementation of website optimization tactics to ensure our brand sites are in the top search engine rankings (SEO); develop & implement strategies to increase website traffic.

Our story began with three people who wanted to make the healthy path easier for all. We’re a group of friends brought together by a homemade health guru with a flip cam that believed in empowering others through real, whole foods, & powerful habit creation.

We saw this as an opportunity to go beyond what was thought possible & created a more convenient superfood solution. Solved through 52 iterations, we found a way to make superior nutrition tasty & easy as a single scoop. This became our first green juice.
