Immediate employment openings for production workers are available. The 2nd shift (3:15pm to 11:45pm) offers training on the 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm) for 4-6 weeks.**Incentives**

Cast Products, Inc., a 50+ year manufacturer of zinc die castings, is looking for a Die Cast Machine Operator to add to its team. This role is responsible for the quality and quantity of die cast parts produced by designated machines. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

 Operate the designated die cast machines and generate the necessary quantity of castings as required

 Package and count the pieces of material in required containers/pallets as per router instructions

 Follow routing instructions and specifications

 Skim pots at the start of each shift and empty dross containers into the necessary bins

 Complete the daily operator PM requirements

 Separate/segregate metal between material types

 Analyze the quality of parts and identify types of defects according to the control plan/work instructions

 Sort parts for miscellaneous defects as per supervisor and/or quality instructions

 Finish the routing sheet documentation with all the necessary information

 Make use of and maintain CPI measuring equipment – report any lost/damaged gages to quality inspectors/supervisor

CPI pays 100% of the costs for vision, STD, LTD and life insurance, as well as 75% of the premiums for medical insurance and all personnel are 100% vested upon entry into our 401k plan. We also provide paid holidays, personal time, and vacation.
