- At least 3-5 years of work experience in related bodies of work
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications or related fields

Major Responsibilities
- Create meaningful content that resonates – and collaborate with other team members to ensure they can do the same
- Own projects end-to-end, from the moment of inception until final delivery
- Work with and manage creative agencies and production partners – if we need a larger operation to create content
- Instill a collaborative environment and work cross functionally with other Ford teams, like marketing, investor relations and human resources
