*PTO - hours accrue. Aides accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
*Holiday pay: extra $3 for every hour worked on major legal holidays
*Health, dental, vision insurance. Aides will be eligible for insurance after working at least 30 hours a week for 3 months

Our Direct Care Worker position requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and procedures. Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required.
Responsibilities include: compassionate care of residents, assistance with daily activities and administering and documenting medications. Prior experience as a DCW, PCA, and/or CAN is preferred but not required. We are always willing to train energetic and caring persons who want to support our mission and clients.
