The Director of ArrowSphere Platform Operations will be responsible for the business operation, customer support, reporting, and financial management of the platform. This individual will take an analytical approach to develop strategies to make the ArrowSphere platform more efficient and accessible to our customers. The Director will be part of the ArrowSphere leadership team and will oversee a growing global operations team.

$188,700.00 - $330,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

The Director of ArrowSphere Platform Operations will be responsible for the business operation, customer support, reporting, and financial management of the platform. This individual will take an analytical approach to develop strategies to make the ArrowSphere platform more efficient and accessible to our customers. The Director will be part of the ArrowSphere leadership team and will oversee a growing global operations team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for developing and tracking the ArrowSphere budget and financial plan.
- Tracking and analyzing reports and data to understand and evaluate the platform's success.
- Customer Analysis
- Supplier Profitability Analysis
- KPI Metrics Reporting
- M&A Assistance & Evaluation if required.
- Ensures continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operation services to the business and customers.
- Provides Leadership in operational activities of own team and across the organization.
- Works with senior Business peers to define operational strategy, goals. implementation and execution. lead executional projects and change.
- Talent planning development, coaching & training.
What We're Looking For
- 4-year degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the technology industry.
- Analytical or analytics background
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience working for a distributor, reseller or IT vendor preferred.
- Platform operations experience is ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives and/or senior management.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with passion to grow and scale a sales function.
- Ability to travel at least 25%
