GENERAL POSITION SUMMARYLL Flooring is a leading hard-surface flooring retailer with a national footprint of over 420 locations. This position, reporting to the VP, Marketing, directs our media planning and performance marketing efforts, leveraging both in-house expertise as well as agency resources to plan, communicate and execute media strategies to help the company achieve annual objectives, tell our story and grow our brand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct integrated media strategies across TV (including CTV, OTT), Audio, Video, Display, Social, Search, OOH, Direct Mail and other programmatic media.
- Partner with CRM/Lifecycle team to incorporate audience and personalization strategies that connect with acquisition efforts to create integrated, full-funnel advertising campaigns.
- Own and manage external media agency & partner relationships, ensuring we maximize value from these relationships to support business objectives.
- Partner with analytics team to develop data-driven strategies along with corresponding measurement roadmaps.
- Lead all aspects of cross-channel budget management and allocations.
- Balance media metrics with creative sensibilities leading to innovative, break-through campaigns.
- Ensure timely launch of campaigns, campaign performance optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Partner with channel owners to discuss strategy and ensure alignment in planning.
- Lead, mentor and grow internal team of media and performance marketers.
- Ensure that media buys and all content traffic meet contractual agreements for fulfillment, monetary benefit and plans.
- Evaluate existing media planning tools (e.g., market mix modeling) and processes. Recommend improvements to meet future needs of the marketing team and organization.
- Report on media placement (agency buy audits) and performance quarterly. Lead plan refinements and execution as well as agency media billing and reconciliation.
- Partner with Brand Strategy leaders to create compelling and engaging content that drives behavioral and attitudinal change. Plan and manage content promotion, distribution and performance metrics. Perform forecasting, financial analyses and post-mortem on demand-gen promotional campaigns.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from accredited four year college or university, required; concentration in Marketing or Advertising, preferred
- 6- 10 years of experience in marketing department/advertising agency planning traditional media; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years in-house retail experience planning / executing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience architecting scalable, high-growth campaigns from test/POC through expansion and optimization over time
- Innovator, storyteller & marketer, at heart.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative media research tools like Nielsen, Arbitron, RADAR, Simmons, etc.
- Database skills: ability to plan and pull lists from database; pull and evaluate results from campaign mailings, etc.

Individuals in this position generally work in an office environment that involves the use of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, telephones, and other office machinery/equipment. Individuals may experience occasional exposure to a retail sale and/or warehouse environment involving material moving and heavy equipment (e.g. forklift) where there may be some exposure to moderate noise, outdoor elements (heat and cold) and airborne particles.
