Pay Range: $65,000-$75,0000 (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in working in physical plant management
- Extensive experience in working in Housekeeping and Laundry Services in a supervisory role
- Experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute setting preferred
- Experience in creating and maintaining extensive housekeeping and laundry services program
- Certification in HVAC, Plumbing is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Life Safety code Requirements for skilled health care facility is preferred
- Experience in creating and maintaining extensive preventative maintenance program

- Must exhibit sound judgement making skills, patience and compassion
- Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with residents, family members, staff members and stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive housekeeping and laundry program
- Responsible for all work/repair requests throughout the facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the entire community to include common areas and guest rooms
- Establish and maintain inventory of all major equipment and supplies
- Responsible for ordering supplies within prescribed budget
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting fire drills and emergency preparedness drills for all facility personnel
- Responsible for scheduling and professional supervision of all maintenance, housekeeping and laundry personnel
- Collaborate and participate in the infection control and safety program
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of MSDS (SDS) for all chemicals used in the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry department
- Monitor to confirm that services performed by outside vendors are properly completed/supervised in accordance with contracts/work orders
