Location: Wayne, PA
Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Director of Marketing your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the selection of marketing sources for Berger’s portfolio of communities.
- Explore products, services, and partnerships on an ongoing basis to generate, support and manage lead flow. This includes advertising, social media, reputation management, as well as other tools and technologies.
- Evaluate source performance to determine the most efficient marketing mix for each community.
- Oversee the team members of the Marketing Department in their effort to support all lead flow related activities and represent the company brand.
- Actively maintain the company and communities’ online reputation management efforts
Manage the filming, editing and production of videos and virtual experiences for community marketing and internal company needs.- Produce content for community websites, internet listing services, printed collateral, and other marketing needs.
- Oversee the procurement of promotional marketing supplies, and maintain the company’s online stores for print, promo, and branded apparel.
- Collaborate on creative projects and initiatives with all departments and divisions of Berger.
- Ensure all resident, prospect, team member and business partner touch points are visually, audibly, and experientially representative of the overall brand strategy.
- Develop and/or maintain partnerships with third party businesses and Berger Investment companies to further the brand.
- Oversee public relations as it relates to internal and external communications.
About You
You might be a great fit for this Marketing Director role if you have:
- High grammatical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with various social media platforms and reputation management tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Light experience working with Wordpress.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Takes initiative without the need for daily direction.
- Punctual, able to adhere to deadlines, and have a strong work ethic.
