Monument Realty is seeking a qualified detail-oriented individual with a proven background in marketing and communications, as well as a focus on real estate to join our team as Director of Marketing. Under the direction of the President and Principal, the Marketing Director is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing marketing and communications strategies at a corporate and asset level to achieve key business objectives and milestones and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee all marketing, public relations, and promotional activities to support the brand and marketing strategies for Monument Realty and its portfolio.
· Implement marketing strategies and execute marketing plans for existing portfolio, working with internal and external partners on consolidating feedback from stakeholders, and legal and regulatory reviews.
· Leverage market research, consumer insight, and big data to identify a core consumer target audience.
· Develop digital and social media strategies to ensure property websites and social media channels have engaging and relevant content and deliver a quality user experience.
· Foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders and external partners, to solidify strong campaigns, deliverables, and milestones.
· Support cross-functional teams within the organization with strategic prioritization of marketing projects and initiatives, balancing demand, and capacity constraints.
· Manage the development of simplified messaging to distill complex policy changes, content, and other messaging across internal and external touch points.
· Highlight progress and impediments of high-priority marketing initiatives.
· Manage day-to-day media relations/media requests.
· Employ strong media relations.
· Develop proactive, effective, and compelling media messages and story ideas.
· Identify speaking opportunities for senior leadership to position Monument Realty as thought-leaders
· Ensure brand standards are implemented across all projects.
· Lead the company’s internal communications efforts and team-building experiences.
· Monitor financials and budget targets.
A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
· 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
· Minimum 3 years of real estate industry experience is required, including handling marketing responsibilities for a diverse portfolio, including new construction, lease-up, and renovated projects.
· Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns and reporting on the results.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting information to large groups, partners, and c-suite executives.
· Experience managing agency partners.
· Self-starter, with strong time management skills who excels at working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
· Proficiency with computer software, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
