Conifer Park Outpatient Clinics are designed to provide a broad range of treatment to clients in need of substance use disorder services. Groups and Individual work provide an opportunity for staff to address client's needs based on gender and age, assist those coping with mental health, legal, and other life issues. We are seeking a Director of Services to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Plattsburgh, NY. The Director of Services will be responsible for directly supervising 5-20 employees in the Outpatient Services Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complains and resolving problems.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with CASAC Certification or QHP/Post Graduate Degree (preferred). A minimum of 1-3 years' supervisory experience combined with a minimum of 3-5 years' clinical experience and CPR certification within six months of hire.
