We are now recruiting qualified candidates for a Dispatcher

The Dispatcher will be responsible for:

• Assigning and routing all deliveries on a daily basis
• Assists with daily railcar management
• Monitors driver E-logs on a daily basis
• Assists in maintaining DOT files for record keeping
• Maintains fuel spreadsheet for IFTA reporting and ordering fuel
• Assists with weekly and monthly driver communication memos and meeting notes

Education/Experience for Dispatcher position:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years experience in dispatching preferred

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to give clear instructions
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize work
• Good organizational skills
• Must be hard worker and team player
• Be a safety minded individual
• Be able to pass a background check with no felonies
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry a plus
