Christmas Mountain Village, located in Wisconsin Dells, WI, is seeking a Dispatcher for their Engineering Department.

Compensation:  Depending upon experience
Schedule:  Full time; Primarily AM Shift (8am-5pm) includes a weekend shift

As the Dispatcher, you will be responsible for communicating guests’ requests to other departments of the resort to keep the operation running in an efficient manner. Communication is key in this position to keep the flow going between all moving parts in housekeeping and maintenance, especially during special projects while responding to guest/owner requests. Also, must be able to follow up and log all calls.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Must have phone and computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Housekeeping or maintenance background is a plus
