Complete Hearing & Balance is searching for a Doctor of Audiology to join our growing practice. We are located in the beautiful state of Washington. We currently have 3 clinics and are looking to hire an audiologist who will primarily work in our Chehalis, WA location. Rotating through all 3 clinics will be expected, however the primary clinic will be in Chehalis.

Complete Hearing & Balance currently has 4 doctors of audiology and 12 support staff on our team. We opened in 2011 and have grown our practice quickly over the past 12 years. We have expanded our services from diagnostic audiological exams and hearing aid services to include cochlear implants & BAHA, Vestibular assessments (using AIB protocols), vHIT, ABR, otoacoustic emissions, tinnitus evaluations & treatment, and occupational screenings. We see patients of all ages, including pediatrics and newborn hearing screenings.

Complete Hearing & Balance is looking for a well-rounded individual who is interested in performing at the highest level. We use best practices for our clinic protocols that include verification and validation techniques. This person must be a passionate audiologist; someone who is a self-starter, has clear professional goals, able to work independently, and collaborate with other audiologists as well as our professional staff team.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic audiological evaluations with differential diagnosis
• Recommending treatment plans with a patient-centered approach
• Performing real-ear measurements using AudioScan Verifit II and Otometrics Aurical Free Fit
• Performing and analyzing vestibular tests including VNG, vHIT, and/or VEMPs with otometrics equipment and software (ICS Chatr 200), Eclipse AEPs, and Inventis Rotary chair
• Conduct infant testing with the EDHHI program, using Vivosonic 2 ABR equipment
• Properly counsel families and patients on audiological test results after comprehensive hearing tests
• Select and dispense hearing aids for private pay, insurance provided, or state provided programs
• Knowledge about cochlear implants and candidacy testing is a bonus, but not required

The position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Base pay plus bonus structure to be discussed during an interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
