Indian Canyon Post Acute Care Center (ICPACC) is now looking to hire an experienced Director of Nursing. ICPACC is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley, CA. We are interested in an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to help lead our team. We offer extensive training and provide on-site consultants to assist in learning/implementing new systems.
Job Duties: Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes. Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses. Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner. Coordinating with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
