Direct Support Professional - Day Habilitation

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a DSP Day Hab you will be working as a partner with individuals with developmental disabilities to help discover their preferences, build relationships, and utilize community resources. The position is primarily one of being a catalyst to become a bridge builder between the community and the people we support.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Valid, clean driver’s license with one year driving experience required

• Ability to work as part of a team, problem solve, and demonstrate a working knowledge of person centered approaches

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and organization skills

HOURS: 40 hours per week, 7:30a-4p.

No Weekends, No Evenings, No MANDATION
