Early Onset Psychosis (ClearPath) Service Manager
Job description
Under the supervision of the Director of Youth & Family Mental Health Operations, the ClearPath Service Manager is responsible for the program design, implementation, and overall clinical operations of the Early Onset Psychosis program. The ClearPath Service Manager plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of BTCS; while developing and implementing long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. This will include fiscal and program planning, monitoring budgets, and developing and implementing operational procedures.
The ClearPath Service Manager provides support to all ClearPath program staff. Supervision of staff includes positions, Primary Clinician, Supported Employment/Education Specialist, and Outreach Coordinator, on a daily basis to ensure recovery focused services are provided. ClearPath Service Manager provides support on family/youth issues, crisis issues or casework issues; and providing staff assistance in the Director’s absence. The ClearPath Service Manager keeps staff updated with the most current trainings to fulfill their positions. Opportunities includes traveling to various clinic sites to support staff.
The person in this position possess an aptitude for working with people who have behavioral health or mental health diagnosis with psychosis. A successful Clearpath Service Manager has knowledge of psychotherapeutic medications, evidenced-based practices, and contraindications in the promotion of recovery for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This position excels with knowledge and skills in assessments, collaborative person-centered recovery planning, differential diagnosis, as well as wellness and recovery-oriented systems of care. This leader possess an aptitude for innovative thinking, patience, resiliency, skills in advocacy, service coordination, mental health assessment and evaluation, collaborative person-centered recovery planning and dual-diagnosis treatment. The person in this position effectively works independently and on a team, prioritize needs during crisis situations, engage in regular meetings and training opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned with a positive attitude.
Location: Guadalupe, Caldwell, Gonzales, Bastrop, Fayette, Lee, Burnet and Williamson Counties
Salary: $28.75 – $32.00/hr

Must meet BTCS driving requirements and maintain approved driving status throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) and experience working with persons experiencing psychosis.
Management experience in community mental health systems. Bilingual in ASL or Spanish preferred.
