Children’s Resource & Referral of Santa Barbara County is a fast-paced, non-profit organization serving Family Child Care Providers, Families and the Community at large.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly person who enjoys interacting with people in the community!

The ECE Coach duties include: offering trainings and technical assistance to Family Child Care Providers in Early Childhood Development and Licensing requirements. The ECE Coach, under the supervision of the Provider Services Manager and Provider Services Coordinator, will maintain required documentation, perform site visits to Child Care Facilities and support Child Care Providers with starting and maintaining their business.

Well qualified candidates will have excellent inter-personal communication skills, be upbeat and positive, have strong computers skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time without compromising quality.

Must have a reliable vehicle and be able and willing to travel within Santa Barbara County (North and South).

Must be able and willing to work evenings and some weekends.

At least two (2) years’ experience in ECE; AA/ BA preferred.

Competitive salary $18-19 DOE
