Job Description
- Performs the primary function of conducting various neurodiagnostic procedures such as Electroencephalograms and Newborn Hearing Screenings with associated equipment of all assigned patients, neonates though through life span in the inpatient and outpatient setting
- Identifies problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient
- Administers all applicable EEG test to patient population
- Maintains EEG, EMG, Sleeo records and compiles reports from database, collects data
- Performs EEG on both Inpatients and Outpatients per protocol
- Performs EKG on both Inpatients and Outpatients per protocol
- Holter and Event Monitor application
- Basic Pulmonary and Cardiac Diagnostic Monitoring
- Communicates and interacts with neurologists appropriately
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS must be AHA or ARC - Required
- 1.5+ years of EEG experience - Required
- RDCS OR CCI - Required
- Fully COVID Vaccinated - Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- RDCS or CCI
- BLS
