Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our team! As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our corporate client set-up, training and development projects. You'll be responsible for independently evaluating and analyzing complex issues, exercising judgment and creating strategic plans for successful project fulfillment. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills will be put to the test as you establish and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients, vendors, contractors, and internal staff.
You'll be a vital part of our team, coordinating and planning project activities and timelines, overseeing contracts and project details, and contributing to ongoing internal process improvement. In addition, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by issuing feedback surveys, analyzing results, and reporting all related data in our CRM.

Essential Functions
30% - Manages assigned projects, including planning, implementation, comprehensive project documentation, communication, timelines, contracts, and budget.
20% - Facilitates meetings and audits, as assigned to determine client needs, provide technical assistance, direct staff, and resolve issues related to project tasks and assignments
20% - Researches information and develops workshops, presentations and communication materials
15% - Establishes and maintains working relationships with corporate clients, vendors, contractors and other staff involved in assigned project
10% - Tracks and reports project data, maintains data, measures performance, and identifies and resolves issues related to projects or student programs
5% - Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration and of two (2) years of experience providing journey level project management coordination and assistance including preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking budgets, performing research and assisting with project communication.
OR
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and four (4) years of experience providing journey level project management coordination and assistance including preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking budgets, performing research and assisting with project communication.
OR
High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience providing journey level project management coordination and assistance including preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking budgets, performing research and assisting with project communication.
Desired Qualifications
A. Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, public administration, education or related field
B. Three or more years of project management experience in a fast-paced deadline driven team environment with high standard of ethics and passion for collaboration and innovation
C. Three or more years of experience using a CRM, Google Docs and Sheets, Excel, and all other MS Office Software
D. Three or more years of experience in higher education and customer service
E. Excellent communication skills, ability to listen effectively for desired outcomes, ability to lead meetings and provide presentations, resourceful, and self-driven to continually move projects forward

Preferred: Project Management or other related certification may be preferred for some assignments.

Positions in this class typically require: talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Working Conditions: Work is routinely performed in an indoor, office environment.
May be required to work at multiple sites or locations.
