CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the Coalition for Christian Outreach, not the schools/universities and/or churches they partner with.

In partnership with Edinboro Ministry Council, this position reaches out to serve students at Penn West Edinboro through the ministry of The Potters House.

The Potters House is a Christian campus ministry house run in partnership with the Coalition for Christian Outreach. The residents are a community of female students who emphasize the values of discipleship and hospitality.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.

2. Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.

3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.

This campus ministry position will work Catalyze Kingdom transformation at the Edinboro University of PA by sharing the Gospel, inviting students into the life of the local church, and mobilizing the Christian community and churches to engage ministry on campus. It will provide the opportunity to develop deep collaboration between church/community members and students that promotes strong biblical discipleship, life-long commitment to the Church, and the flourishing of Christ’s kingdom in their local context and all areas of life.

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week.

This is a live-in position with female students in female community housing. (Thus, only female candidates will be considered.)

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.
