How would you like to act as a champion, change agent, and culture steward for our company! As an eLearning Engagement Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to DIG leaders and guide them to recommended solutions. In this role you will actively formulate partnerships across the companies to deliver value added services to management and employees that support and grow the business objectives of the organization and ensure that employee and management needs are met.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Drive our identified digital learning initiatives.
  • Manage and promote our internal and external LMS platforms.
  • Use sound instructional design principles to develop engaging courses for online and blended/flipped learning formats.
  • Develop active partnerships with internal/remote managers and their teams to identify performance/learning gaps and work with them to design, create, deliver, and measure appropriate digital performance solutions.
  • Understand the business and the team’s capabilities in a deep way to enable more customized and actionable recommendations and decisions.
  • Maximize change adoption through the design, development, and execution of digital learning strategies.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team and Home Office staff to accomplish learning activity goals at various regional or company-wide training events to promote “best most respected services and products in funeral service” ideals.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Training or education experience required
  • LMS administration or like experience required
  • Insurance or funeral service experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge and extensive use with Microsoft 365
  • Problem solver

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical capacity (Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, development software)
