Job Details
-

Design microgrid system architectures and understand the capabilities of equipment involved, such as storage and PV inverters, batteries, generators, and transformers.
Create single line and three line diagrams to support the design and build-out of systems.
Familiarity with communication architecture and networking is a plus.
Apply knowledge of electrical power distribution, low and medium voltage, transformer specifications and operations, fault current studies, and NEC code compliance.
Utilize AutoCAD for design work, and experience with engineering design programs such as SKM, ETAP, or Easy Power is advantageous.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with people.
Self-motivated and able to independently manage tasks and goals with minimal supervision.
Potential for up to 20% travel may be required.
