Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm
• Hourly wage ranges between $28.00 to $30.00 based off of experience and education

Our Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians are Responsible For:

• Electrical and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot basic and complex electrical circuits by referencing schematics
• Troubleshoot pneumatic operations looking for pneumatic failures or electrical failures.
• Maintenance and preventative maintenance to all production and facility equipment
• Installation of new equipment in the manufacturing plant or warehouse facility
• Assists with the operation of TPM's and preventative maintenance
• Inspects and insures all machines and equipment conform to safety, electrical and mechanical operation quality standards

Our Ideal Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians Will Possess:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two years of schooling in a maintenance-related field such as Automation Engineering or five (5) years experience in an electromechanical position
• Ability to operate computer and a wide range of hand tools
• Ability to test instruments, machining and maintenance equipment
• A strong understanding of the importance of safety
• A team player who is driven to learn every day
