If you are a Software/Vehicle Testing Engineer with relevant experience, this is your role!
What You Will Be Doing
As a Vehicle Software Test Engineer (SW Verification & Validation Engineer), you will create, automate, update, debug, and execute software test procedures for vehicle components, systems, and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional product test teams and act as a member of software development teams for product-level testing, debugging hardware and software test failures, and verifying specifications. You'll have the opportunity to innovate tools for requirements and test plans, procedures, execution, reporting, and results.
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
Preferred:
- BS Degree in a relevant engineering field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Development and execution of embedded software verification and validation
- Software/Hardware/Vehicle-in-the-loop (SiL/HiL/ViL)
- Programming experience with C, C++, or C# and integration of MATLAB plant models
- J1939 CAN, CAN interface tools, Vector Tools (CANoe, DaVinci, MICROSAR, CANbedded, etc.)
Preferred:
- MATLAB/Simulink
- C/C++, Python
- CAN, Ethernet, LIN
- ISOBUS
- Agricultural equipment, off-highway, vehicles, etc
