We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Graveyard Shift Emergency Alarm Dispatcher. As an Emergency Alarm Dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering emergency calls and dispatching the appropriate emergency responders to the scene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer emergency calls and provide excellent customer service to callers
• Quickly assess the situation and dispatch the appropriate emergency responders (police, fire, medical) to the scene
• Utilize computer systems to input and access critical information
• Communicate with emergency responders to provide updates and additional information
• Remain calm and professional under pressure

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dispatch or call center experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
• Reliable & punctual
