Our HR Team brings the Human to a manufacturing facility table- working closely with Operations to listen, review, and advise.

As an Employee Relations Representative you will:

• Have experience facilitating and serving as a mentor in the development of managers and supervisors in areas of; employment law, performance management and discipline to improve company compliance and foster positive working relations.

• Have experience communicating company policies and any policy updates to staff in areas related to HR.

• Have experience serving as a point of contact for employee relations conflicts and mitigating dispute resolution procedures in compliance with company procedures.

• Have experience providing specialized training, investigating potential workplace disturbances, and offering overall support for employees and managers of a company - preferably a manufacturing facility.

• Have experience ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.

A successful candidate for this role will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a HR related field with a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a HR setting. PHR or SPHR preferred.

• Be well versed in FMLA, ADA, Title V11, ERISA, HIPPA etc.
