We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, associate litigation attorney, general liability defense litigation, and labor and employment law. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to employment litigation cases
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters
- Representing clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other legal professionals
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members on complex litigation cases
- Managing a caseload and providing regular updates to clients
- Staying current on changes in employment law and legal trends
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an employment litigation associate
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of employment law, associate litigation attorney, general liability defense litigation, and labor and employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with legal research tools and software
