We are searching for the right candidate that will bring a strong background in diagnosing, maintaining and repairing marine systems, as well as fiberglass and paint repair.

You’ll be an important part of a five man team of boat maintenance professionals. A desire to work in and maintain an efficient, clean and organized shop is essential.

We are looking for someone who is a self starter, dependable, task oriented and detail minded. Good communication and a professional disposition is critical. If you’re interested in a long term, well paying professional career, this is the place to be.

Job requires formal training or 5 years related experience in:

• General Boat maintenance
• Preventative vessel maintenance
• Marine Diesel troubleshooting, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems
• Knowledge of marine plumbing systems
• Fiberglass fabrication and repair
• Ability to document work within our Fleet Management App
• Leadership and team management skills
• A can do attitude

Physical Requirements

• Technicians must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have the flexibility and dexterity to occasionally work in tight spaces.
