The Big Task

You will help us grow the business by Designing the most efficient air conditioning system for the custom home market that ensures the customer will be comfortable in every room of their house.

Key Sub Tasks

• Become a custom home market expert, know the customer needs and how to design around what those needs are.
• Work directly with our builders and engineering groups to coordinate our design.
• Communicate with our field personnel on any field changes that must happen and how that may change the system design.
• Build proposals based on the building design and price the jobs to meet profit goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Auto Cad.
• HVAC experience is a plus but not a must.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life.
