Russell Landscape is seeking an EXPERIENCED and qualified Landscape Enhancements Lead to lead a crew of one to two other crew members. This position requires a MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in the landscape industry working in heavy cleanups, planting, vegetation removal, heavy pruning, grading with heavy and light machinery, drainage system installation, landscape retaining wall construction and repair, sod installation, general landscape maintenance.

This will be a full-time position and a year-round position. Compensation will be based on DEMONSTRABLE experience.

Minimum requirements:

- 3 years experience;

-DOT medical card (a Plus)

- Valid driver's license;

- Clean MVR;

- Eligible to work lawfully in the US;

- Proficiency in skid steer / bobcat / dingo operation;

- Effective communication skills;

- Availability of no less than 5 days per week;

- Knowledge of landscape best practices for installation of plant materials;

- Impeccable attendance history;

- Verifiable references;

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
