Job description

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Scrum methodologies to do requirements gathering, analysis, and sprint planning.
• Document and maintain functional requirements Document (FRD), business requirements Document (BRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Assist in understanding the real end-user needs and analyzing their requirements on different platforms performing a cost-benefit analysis, Impact Analysis, and Risk analysis.
• Perform GAP analysis between As-Is & To-Be process & design, risk analysis of the existing system, and evaluate benefits of the new system.
• Work with various teams by assisting to identify the right source to pull the data points, conducting JAD, Sprint Planning, story grooming, and Sprint Reviewing.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management, or any relevant.
• Knowledge in a solid understanding of Business Requirement Gathering, Business Process Workflow, and Modelling.
• Good Knowledge in creating BRD and FRS documents, User stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Ability in eliciting requirements from meetings, workshops, interviews, JAD sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
